Design and construction of the Tapa railway station administration building

What Makes This Project Special?

Thanks to well-thought-out planning and excellent cooperation with the client, we were able to complete the Tapa railway station administration building approximately a month ahead of the official deadline. Such a result is rare in the construction sector.

From a construction standpoint, the building is extremely multifunctional, including classic office spaces, worker facilities, a train depot with a maintenance channel, warehouses, and workshop areas. Consequently, the building houses a wide range of technical systems, including 3.3 km of geothermal wells. These systems enable the building to be heated in winter and cooled in summer.

The building has an energy efficiency rating of A.
