What Makes This Project Special?

The reconstruction of a large high school building is a significant undertaking for any general contracting company, and it’s no different for us. What made this project particularly special is that several of our employees received their own education at Elva School, making the renovation of this building a personal and enjoyable experience. Additionally:

• The school building underwent a thorough internal renovation, resulting in a new, beautiful appearance and enhanced comfort. The updated building features spacious common areas, top-tier technology, and furnishings. Accessibility has been significantly improved, and the building now includes an elevator.
• The complexity of the reconstruction was heightened by the phased nature of the work. For instance, the client was given priority access to the technology classrooms and the renovated gymnasium, which were being used even while other parts of the building were still under active construction.
• The renovation also involved the construction of various monolithic concrete elements both inside and around the building.
• The complex now also includes a shooting range with excellent training conditions and new facilities for biathletes.

We stayed on schedule throughout the project, and the work was handed over to the client on time. We extend our sincere thanks to the client for the excellent cooperation throughout the project! We also thank all our partners!
